Child Welfare

Foster Family Agencies

Safety and Permanency are primary for youth in care.  Foster Family Agencies are often on the front lines of this work.  We help you seamlessly integrate culturally grounded, strength-based practice models throughout your programs.

State and County Organizations

State and County entities are often responsible for both service delivery and the provision of services through contract agencies.  Building core practice models grounded in data driven decisions ensure that children gain safety and security.

Group Homes

Congregate care presents unique challenges for youth, families and staff. Creating systems and programming that are both effective and supportive can be challenging but we provide guidance that supports successful outcomes and developmental opportunities for youth.

Juvenile Justice

Youth who are dually supervised by both child welfare and juvenile justice systems confront unique challenges as do the teams who work with them.  Whether your facility is out-patient or residential, we can help optimize the success of your youth, their familie and your teams.

School Systems

Creating school environments where youth in care thrive can be challenging.  Trauma triggers and familial inconsistencies challenge any school districts ability to create inclusive environments.  We facilitate success in your systems by training stakeholders from the school district administrators and teachers to paraprofessionals and office teams.

Independent Living & Colleges

Transitional Age Youth in care and aging out of care face very unique challenges.  Organizations and institutions must work to mediate the risk factors that this group of youth face as they move toward independence. Multi-disciplinary teams employing trauma-informed, culturally alert practices are critical to success.
