Black and Brown youth are disproportionately represented at almost every decision point.
- LGBTQ+ youth in care experience homelessness at disproportionate rates.
- Black children age out of the foster care system at much higher rates.
- Asian American children rarely experience language congruence with their resource parents.
- Latinx youth experience high rates of placement disruption.
